Dr. Kalyanam Srinivas is an Indian filmmaker, director, writer, lyricist, animation director, poet, and AI filmmaking educator with over 25 years of experience in animation and creative media. Holding a Master of Arts degree in Telugu Literature and an Honorary Doctorate in Telugu Literature, he combines literary excellence, artistic imagination, and technical expertise. His creative journey spans filmmaking, animation, storytelling, poetry, music, and emerging AI technologies, inspiring aspiring creators to explore innovative approaches to modern visual storytelling and cinematic expression.
With more than two decades of experience, he has developed deep expertise in traditional 2D animation, visual storytelling, direction, screenwriting, and creative production. His background also includes journalism with leading Telugu newspapers such as Eenadu and Andhra Prabha.
As the founder of Kalyanam Srinivas AI Film Making Academy under Raji Raj Media House in Hyderabad, he educates aspiring creators in AI-powered workflows, from script development to feature film production and post-production.
